Because all of our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom items due to incorrect size, color choice, design approval, or change of mind.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused during production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue and your order number so we can review the situation promptly.

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or reprint at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.

  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.
